This is what I do, coz this is the safest bet most of the times.

    It seems that you are in doubt most of the times since you say that you are hones when in doubt. This is a drawing room discussion without an end.

    I was talking more in terms of the final resort. I think when nothing works, people finally resort to honesty.
    Say during college you used to give all kind of excuses to professors on why you couldn't attend their class. When u didn't have a proper excuse to give, what would you do?
